The location was beautiful and stunning, very close to resturants, Lafayette Park and SF Art University, and Fillmore Street which has a lot of great shopping and restaurants. We had a bountiful and satisfactory breakfast served...  

The location here is great, just by a bay window, and there are nearby restaurants and ramen/sushi spots to enjoy, plus the king room comes with a cozy patio and a soaking tub.

Neat and compact rooms, a large bathroom. Bountiful and enjoyable breakfasts with great food. Convenient check-in, late check-out. Kindness of staff, shuttle to the airport.

Location of hotel was excellent and beautiful and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus. The restaurant was very nice at the first floor here, I had delicious dishes.

This hotel was an incredible base for exploring San Francisco. the property has very pleasant and welcoming staff with sweet 'home-away-from-home' service. - the restaurant on the first floor offered amazing dishes at a reasonable cost....

Our room was super comfortable and we love the design. The location is central so almost everything is within an easy bus ride away (routes 38, 22, 2, 3).

Can get a bit noisy during morning rush hour if you were staying on the 1st floor.

The room was stylish and cozy, with a modern design. the location was fantastic, just a short stroll away from the Fillmore. the hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area.

Nice, colorful & inspiring design. Most staff quite friendly. Handy restaurant with decent japanesish food. Room was well furnished and equipped. And my room was very quiet. I liked the Japantown area surrounding.

The WiFi was indeed free, but - as many have commented - it is incredibly slow, hardly worked even for things like browsing the web. Maybe half the incredibly is sharing the connectivity, so the hotel might want to introduce a password to keep some out. Another minor point is that parking was not always available because already full. This is as advertised. In such cases the hotel points to nearby Japantown Center parking.
